Chuck Presbury is the Founder and President. He has over 30 years of experience in senior human resource management and leadership development in a wide range of industries spanning firms including SCM, NBC, Pitney Bowes, Preferred Health Care and McGraw-Hill. He has developed a reputation as an insightful and trusted advisor to top management who is able to coach leaders though complex, challenging talent performance situations. Chuck is also an Adjunct Professor at the Jack Welch School of Business at Sacred Heart University in Connecticut where he teaches leadership, global workforce management as well as diversity and inclusion.

Les Martel, PhD
Les is a highly experienced and insightful HRD consultant and executive coach. He has an extensive background executive assessment, feedback, and coaching as well as designing and delivering customized senior management and leadership development programs.
Les brings experience as a leader and consultant to all of his coaching engagements. His background includes experience as the head of global learning and performance for the Instinet Corporation, the world’s largest global electronic securities broker. There he designed, developed, and deployed the corporate-wide learning platform, linking selection, talent development, performance management, and succession planning with the key business initiatives.
He has also served as a senior consultant to DDI and Downey-Kates International, two premier strategic human resources development consultancies. He has led a range of assessment and coaching engagements with leaders at all levels and across a variety of industries.
Marlyn Puder-York, PhD
Marilyn is a clinical psychologist who specializes in coaching senior executives and professionals striving for excellence. She is also a consultant to CEO’s, senior executives and human resource professionals providing assistance in their management of special behavioral issues in the workplace.
In addition to her work as a psychologist, Dr. Puder-York was a corporate Vice President at Citicorp heading their Employee Assistance Program for over ten years. Through her experience in her executive-centered practice and as a corporate executive herself, Dr. Puder-York brings a practical bottom-line business orientation and perspective to her work with corporate-sponsored individual executive coaching.
Cecilia Carter is a trendsetting strategist, change artist and curator of people. Dedicated to making change happen at work and our communities by helping women lead impactful and fearless lives.
